For assigning a single babysitter to a booking for an event more than 1 month in advance we do things a little differently:

EARLY BIRDS – BOOKINGS IN ADVANCE INFORMATION

  1. We take bookings in a queue, format noting the order at which families want to book for the popular day.
  2. You still need to pay the usual booking fee to secure your place in the queue, this will transfer to the booking fee 2-4 weeks out when we are able to confirm a babysitter for you. This fee is non-refundable, unless we are unable to find a babysitter for you.
  3. Paying the queue holding fee does not guarantee a babysitter will be available, however it does confirm your priority place and it will be refunded to you if we are not able to confirm a babysitter.
  4. Depending on how popular the event is we start matching families 2-4 weeks out from the event. You will definitely have confirmation 2 weeks prior to the event if we have a babysitter assigned to you.
  5. Active Member families will be matched with any familiar babysitters where possible in the first instance (and more likely if they book one month or more in advance of the event)
  6. Member status does not guarantee a babysitter will be available for you for any event.
