Babysitter Availability:
Please let us know of your general availability to complete work by filling out this form “Babysitter Availability Form“. We will try to not bother you with work opportunities when you have specified that you are not available or do not want to be contacted. Therefore, please update us for periods of longer than 3 weeks when your availability changes for any reason, you can update us using the same form above for both temporary and permanent changes including if you wish to be removed from our database.
Babysitter Profile:
If you have not yet completed/need to update your online profile please complete the following form “Babysitter Website Profile Form” to ensure we can get your profile up promptly.
Babysitter Payments:
If you are one our babysitters already and are awaiting payment as you have been advised that we collected it on your behalf please fill out this form “Babysitter Invoice For Payment Form“ to ensure payment is completed efficiently for you (please allow up to 5 working days).
Accidents/Incidents/Issue Reporting:
Please use this form “Accident/Incident/Issue Reporting Form“ to report to us…if you experience any accidents (to yourself, the children or any property is damaged), or other incidents that make you feel uncomfortable or any issues at all you feel we need to be aware of (including significantly early or late finish times from those anticipated, unsafe working environments or anything at all really).
